Completed: Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. The Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health has been seeing patients since July 2009 and is now completed, having celebrated the opening of their Event Center on May 21, 2010.
Under Construction: The Smith Center for the Performing Arts began construction in May 2009, topped off the Reynolds Hall Carillon Bell Tower in February 2010 and is scheduled to open in Spring 2012.
