

Forest City plans to develop the only casino/hotel at Symphony Park. This entire complex is expected to encompass 1.6 million square feet. The proposed development consists of a 47-story, 1,000-room hotel and gaming tower with 120,000 square feet of casino space, 90,000 square feet of retail space, restaurants, meeting space, swimming pools and a spa/health club facility.
Forest City Enterprises is a publicly traded real estate company principally engaged in the ownership, development, acquisition and management of commercial and residential real estate throughout the United States. Forest City, the city of Las Vegas’ main developer in building the planned future city hall, would develop the Symphony Park parcel after the city hall building is finished.
