


In addition to overseeing daily development at Symphony Park in concert with the city of Las Vegas office of business development, Newland plans to develop more than 2,000 urban-style homes and residences on five city blocks in Symphony Park. These include condominiums, live-work units and townhomes. The first project will consist of more than 200 urban residences and will be located just north of The Charlie Palmer.
