MEET Las Vegas

MEET Las Vegas, the city’s newest and most versatile space for meetings, events and exhibitions opened March 16, 2010 with a ribbon cutting ceremony led by CEO Dan Maddux, Mayor Oscar Goodman and Fafie Moore from the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. The 30,000-square-foot, three-story building and outdoor pavilion are located on the corner of Fourth Street and Bridger Ave and can accommodate up to 2,000 people.

According to Mayor Goodman, the new center is already bringing revenue to Las Vegas. This year, the Medical Tourism Association decided to forgo Los Angeles as its convention destination and instead chose Las Vegas in order to use MEET.

MEET sets itself apart from other venues with its focus on choices and a “blank canvas” concept. There are few limits on what is possible in the space: whether an event calls for an indoor waterfall or a floating stage, the technology rich facility features a seamless rigging infrastructure to make just about any vision a reality. The customizable lighting can transform the building’s color inside and out, as well as display custom branding messages and high-resolution images. The third floor features retreat and meeting space as well as two state-of-the-art, computer-equipped classrooms. For more information, visit MEET or call (702) 734-6338.
