Sustainable Sunday Brunch and Ice Cream Festival at Springs Preserve

Look no further than the Springs Preserve for a great place to satisfy both your appetite and your desire to help the environment. Sunday Brunch at the Springs Cafe features light jazz and an impressive breakfast spread made entirely from sustainable, locally grown food.

Every Sunday from 11am to 3pm, the talented chefs of Wolfgang Puck  prepare traditional breakfast favorites to be enjoyed in one of Las Vegas’ most beautiful natural settings (be sure to grab a table outdoors for the best views). The delicious offerings include Puck’s Classic Cage-Free Organic Eggs Benedict, Chocolate Chip Macadamia Pancakes, Sustainable Halibut, a full dessert bar and much more. Sunday Brunch is served ala carte, pre-fixe style every Sunday through June 20. The cost is $21 for adults, $12 for children ages 6-12, and free for children age five and under. Coffee and soda are included. A Bloody Mary Bar is available for an additional $7.   For reservations, call (702) 822-8713.

Cool off at the annual Springs Preserve Ice Cream Festival on Sunday, May 23 from 11am to 4pm. The event features various stations serving ice cream sundaes, novelties and root beer floats, with entertainment for the little ones including face-painting and bounce houses. Admission to the festival is $6 in advance, $7.50 on the day of the event and free with Springs Preserve membership purchase, renewal or upgrade. Children age four and under are free. For more information, visit Springs Preserve.
