What's Up Downtown
Las Vegas Premium Outlets recently added two new stores to its impressive list of retailers: Tag Heuer, renowned maker of Swiss luxury watches, and the first Nevada location of Joe’s Jeans, a California-based denim brand. After a major expansion in 2008, the center has not only survived the economic downturn, but is currently operating with 100 percent of its retail space leased.
Las Vegas Premium Outlets was the first project to kick off the revitalization of downtown Las Vegas when it opened in 2003. With its charming open-air atmosphere and discounted prices, the center has become a favorite shopping destination for tourists and locals alike. Home to 150 designer and name-brand outlet stores including Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, Coach and many more, Las Vegas Premium Outlets brought upscale outlet shopping to downtown and today attracts shoppers to the area from all over the world.
“We’re truly the United Nations of shopping,” says the center’s Marketing Director, Alexandra Goranson. “We’re thrilled when busloads of shoppers arrive each day not knowing a word of English yet can appreciate all the great deals we offer.”
